Last updated: 27 July 2026

Effective: 27 July 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Laimi Verse poetry app (this “App”) distributed through:

Legal pages under /apps/laimisc1/legal are maintained for these App Store / Google Play releases. This build integrates the TopOn (AnyThink) ad mediation SDK and may show third‑party ads. Other channels or builds may publish separate disclosures.

Controller

Guangxi Laitelin Network Technology Co., Ltd. Contact us via in‑app feedback or developer information on the App Store or Google Play listing.

We explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information, and describe your rights. This Policy is consistent with our Google Play Console Data safety declarations; if there is any inconsistency, the interpretation that better protects users prevails.

1. What we collect and why

(1) Poetry usage and local data. To browse, search, collect favorites, and adjust reading settings (e.g. font size/spacing), we store necessary data such as favorites, search history, and preferences on your device by default. We do not use this for unrelated purposes without additional consent.

(2) Technical and diagnostic data. We may process device model, OS/app version, resettable device identifiers (see Platform notes), IP address, timestamps, crash/error summaries, and similar data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the poetry service. Poetry‑related diagnostics may be sent to our own backend over HTTPS.

(3) Advertising (important). The App integrates the TopOn (AnyThink) ad mediation SDK to display formats such as splash, interstitial, rewarded video, banner, and native ads. When ads are served, TopOn and networks reached via waterfall/bidding (which may include Meta Audience Network, Google AdMob, Mintegral, Pangle, and others as configured) may collect device and advertising identifiers, network and app data, and interaction data for delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement, as described in their policies. See Section 2.

Material changes to collection or sharing will be reflected in an updated Policy and, where required, fresh consent.

(4) Other Laimi products. If you use related features through other Laimi products or channels, companion policies may also apply. For practices limited to these iOS/Android binaries, Section (3) reflects the shipped client.

Sensitivity note: We do not read contacts, SMS, or call histories. On Android, high‑risk permissions that some libraries might declare are explicitly removed from our manifest.

We may also use standard OS frameworks (including App Tracking Transparency and Google UMP where applicable). Where subprocessors process data on our behalf, we contractually limit purpose and security. We do not sell personal information.

3. Personalized ads and controls

Ads are served via TopOn and partner networks and may involve personalized recommendations based on device and usage signals. You can limit personalization via the in‑app personalized‑recommendation setting and system controls (e.g. iOS tracking permission, Android Advertising ID / ads personalization). You may still see ads that are less targeted.

4. Platform‑specific notes

4.1 iOS (App Store)

4.2 Android (Google Play)

5. Storage and safeguards

We apply reasonable safeguards including HTTPS/TLS. Server‑side data is retained for legally grounded periods and minimized or anonymized where feasible. Ad SDK storage and cross‑border transfers follow their respective policies.

6. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Disclosure occurs with your consent where required; to TopOn and partner ad platforms within the scope described here for serving, anti‑fraud, and measurement; or when law or lawful authority requires it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or export via in‑app feedback or store listing contacts.

8. Minors

Readers under fourteen should use the App with a guardian.

9. Changes

We may revise this Policy and notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless regulators require refreshed consent.
